This book began as a Beginning Real Estate Course that the Author was asked to create 4 years ago. Several people signed up and paid $50.00 each to learn in real time how to begin investing in Real Estate. Out of 10 attendees only 1 actually took even a first step and with time began to create a real estate investment business. The author, a licensed real estate broker with over 20 years in business and 7 of those spent working directly in the investment sector of the industry has assisted in over 200 real estate deals directly as either, the investor, the project manager or the buying or selling agent in wholesale, foreclosure or pre-foreclosure real estate deals. What was discovered is that most people that become interested in real estate investment with a direct interest in changing their own lives simply won't take the steps, lack the discipline or are paralyzed with fear of failure and loss of investment.
